Fearless Football Forecast, Week 9

There's a kind of hush over the Pacific gridirons, as some teams prepare for the playoffs, and others look ahead to better things next season  Ornauer went a perfect 7-0 for the week, making him 41-8 for the season.

Zama American at Nile C. Kinnick, 7 p.m. -- Another homecoming game that should end up being a happy one for the hosts, but not without a battle. Even with Tyree Hunt injured, Red Devils coach Gary Wilson has creatively employed some new weaponry, but can Kinnick slow down surging Trojans back Ken Johnson? ... Nile C. Guam High vs. Father Duenas Memorial at George Washington High School, Mangilao, 7 p.m. -- Panthers are treating this as sort of a Super Bowl, knowing they have nothing to lose by trying to take down the league-leading Friars, but Father Duenas Memorial will prove to be too strong. ...
