Hot gun: Spencer keeps Warriors cagers on winning track

Somebody might wish to keep one defender on senior guard Brandon Spencer at all times during next month's postseason tournaments in Korea.

Spencer has averaged 30 points in the last four games, three of them victories, as Daegu American improved to 7-4 on the season Friday with a 73-50 road win at Osan American.

And don't think Spencer is a one-dimensional type. He can fill the nets, but he also grabbed 14 rebounds and dished out six assists. Otherwise, his point totals might have been other-worldly.

They might yet be. And he might be a force to be reckoned with during the Korean-American Interscholastic Activities Conference Division I tournament and the Far East Class A tournament. Look for plenty of fireworks in green and white uniforms starting Feb. 15 and concluding Feb. 22.

i just saw a clip -- the guys what 5'9 -- 5'10, but he dunked with over half his arm extended over the rim...incredible

1 of the best in the nation

BRANDON SPENCER is one of th BEST players in the NATION!!!! I dnt even live in korea but i've seen him play many times & he can definantly compete with the best of the best

Competition

Don't sleep on the E.J. King Cobras,I expect them to take it all this year. Brandon Spencer maybe a key component to the Daegu program, however, the cobras have experience and depth, with many players ready to come off the bench and contribute. Not to mention with five players above the rim. I would love to see this clip of Brandon Spencer and hope to hear more about his performance at far east, as well as the cobras.
