Music Festivals 2007

Good news and bad news. The bad news is Rock-am-Ring is over and done with for another year. But the good news is you still have dozens more music festivals to choose from in 2007.

Contrary to what may be a popular stereotype, not all fests are geared to headbangers (although there are many events for them). This summer will see the appearance of a huge diversity of acts, from old-timers such as John Fogerty and The Who to R&B performer Lauryn Hill to rapper Snoop Dogg.

Tickets aren’t cheap, but by the time you divide up your total costs by number of outstanding artists you’ve seen over the course of the weekend, you’ll probably be satisfied that you didn’t do too badly moneywise.
