Speaking for the working military wife

Dempsey, currently stationed at Ft. Drum, NY, enumerates the difficulties of military spouses who pursue careers or education. Some of these are:
- Out of state tuition
- Child-care issues
- State professional licensing issues
- State taxes
She also offers some ways state and federal governments could help in these situations.
